Mill Shell

Mill shell is the main cylindrical body of a ball mill, rod mill or cement mill. It is a large, heavy-duty welded or cast steel cylinder that holds grinding media (steel balls, rods) and materials during the grinding process.

1. Flange - 2 pcs (Material: ZG270-500)
2. Shell - 1 pc (Material: Q235C)
3. Manhole Door - 4 pcs (Material: Q235C)
4. Rivet 22×110 - 288 pcs (Material: Q235A)

Main Functions
Bear the impact and rotating load of grinding media and materials
Form a closed grinding chamber with end covers and liners
Provide space for material grinding
Transfer driving torque to realize rotation

Packaging & Transportation

1.Surface sandblasting + anti-rust painting
2.Machined surfaces protected by anti-rust oil and felt
3.Transported by low-bed trailer; fixed with steel belts
4.Export packing: fumigated wooden support or steel frame
5.Marine moisture-proof and rain-proof covering
